The ANCHW is committed to identifying, assessing, educating, and referring individuals with non-communicable diseases like diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension. As these conditions rise in sub-Saharan Africa, our initiative plays a vital role in improving health outcomes and promoting a healthier future for the community.

Lweza Primary School
Lweza Primary School is greatly enriched by community initiatives that support its students. Students receive nutritious meals, which not only nourish their bodies but also foster an understanding of healthy eating habits. This then promotes physical growth and academic success.
